WeBecome is being built from a practical starting point: recruitment becomes stronger when the employer’s real requirement is understood before candidate names are collected.

A job title is not a complete brief

The same title can describe very different work across two companies. Location, shift pattern, start date, headcount, environment and minimum criteria all affect who may be suitable.

If those details are unclear, a long candidate list can still be the wrong list.

Relevance is more useful than volume

The purpose of a shortlist is to help an employer make a better decision. That means screening for the actual requirement and being honest about what has and has not been verified.

More names do not automatically create more value. A clearer match does.

Build the process before promising the outcome

WeBecome is still being shaped. The priority is to define the service, responsibilities and workflow carefully before making claims the business cannot yet support.

A credible workforce business has to earn trust from employers and candidates at the same time.

Start with the real need. Build a clear process. Then let the quality of the shortlist speak.
